I signed up for their service a few years ago on a "lifetime deal" and then out of nowhere they changed what they were billing me without notice. It overdrew my account, cost me overdraft fees, and when I messaged their support about it, they ghosted me.

Signed up elsewhere and haven't skipped a beat. These prices can be matched in a lot of places by companies that won't screw you.
