Every reduced price phone deal from a MNVO or budget offshoot of a major carrier is a joke. They all require you to pick a plan that is $30 extra from their reasonable offerings ($25 to $35 per line). You're just paying the full price of the phone over time due to the increased cost of the plan.

With this deal you only need to keep the plan for 1 month. Metro is still a ripoff compared with mint for a T-Mobile mvno though.
Has anyone tried a Tmo SIM in the locked Metro Iphone 13 from this deal? Does it work?
I tried it and it doesn't work in the Metro iPhone 13.
Someone supposedly got a T-Mobile marked iPhone 12 from Metro in another thread and their T-Mobile sim worked in that one. Another post also said they got one that worked with a T-Mobile sim. Sounds like a gamble, though.
