Must be YMMV. I see it for $19.99 plus two seperate 10% off coupons. Definitely not getting it down to $11.00

I Can confirm I was able to get it at the price posted, I also got the 1.5 Amp version. It was a lightning deal that was almost over when I put my order in.
Total was $25.xx after tax.
Given HF sells their 700mA for $18ish, and Everstart Walmart brand 1Amp is $19.xx, getting these 2 for $25.xx was a GREAT deal
