Obligatory underrated game comment. I've beaten it twice. Eventually I'll beat it a third time

I'll just mention - if you have a Steam Deck, I'm completely blown away at how well this game runs, but also how nice it looks! I don't know how they did it, but you could be fooled into thinking this game came out in 2024, not 2015. Thumbs up!

This game is something of a grind if you want to complete it 100%, but it's still a lot of fun. The driving and combat are both great, as is the story.

Like everyone is saying, play this game. Whether you choose to ram straight through the main objectives, or randomly roam the wastelands looking for trouble, it's a heckuva thrill ride.

In for one copy, for $2 and with all the good reviews seems like a decent deal.

Plenty of pro-game comments. However CDKeys is fine, I've used it a few times this year. Got my keys within a few minutes and had no problems. The one time I did the key was sold out and they refunded me within 48 hours.

Not a bad game, but more attention was paid to gameplay and map mechanics than the storyline.

Fun to play, lame to finish.

Grabbed this for sale on Xbox earlier this year and put probably ~50 hours into it.

Early on, it can be a little frustrating since you're underpowered compared to enemies (especially in your vehicle), but once you upgrade your combat abilities and car a bit, things even out. Your car can become essentially invincible late in the game with the appropriate upgrades.

Gameplay/combat is repetitive, but quite satisfying. There a handful of enemy types, and they get sent at you in a manageable trickle in almost every scenario. Standard open world gameplay: you're doing tasks for territory bosses for currency and increased influence in that territory, gathering collectibles as you go. You use collectibles and currency for combat/car upgrades.

The stories are pretty fine overall, if a bit standard. Each territory has its own leader/group, and there's some semi-interesting stuff there. The main story didn't engage me all that much, but there are times when it at least feels like a good Mad Max line as opposed to a standard video game alignment/rescue thing.

Definitely worth $2 to try if you're a fan of driving open world games.

Worth way more than $2. I'm rather bad at losing momentum and not finishing games… but finished this one off (story wise, I can't be bothered with collecting all the things in a game to get a 100%)

Was a really fun game. Only downside is if you're a completionist, 1 or 2 of the achievements are no longer possible because they required communication with the wb game servers which have already been shut down. Yet another reason why achievements in a single player offline game should not be tied to online services...
