A lot of the Apple pencil clones are pretty good. Some people will never notice. But you might as well get a 20 one without the fake logo on it instead.

However, it appears that the seller listed it as $49.99 and then added their own 20% off coupon; meaning they'd accept $39.99 (pre-eBay fee and shipping cost) for these. With these pencils pretty much $65 all the time (almost standard price) now, perhaps that's how they can accept $49.99 for them regularly or $39.99 on temporary sale (maybe).
The other 20% coupon is subsidized by eBay; so eBay is (very likely) the ones eating the cost for additional discount and compensating the seller that other temporary 20% off that happens to be stacking simultaneously.
We'll probably learn more about this particular inventory once people start receiving their orders and post back to the thread. Does anyone know if these have serial #'s that can be looked up and verified by Apple (or via the Apple website)?

Hopefully it there are any issues, there will be no trouble for people who purchased them to use the free 30 day returns that the seller has listed.
