I submitted for a warranty replacement and they ended up sending me a check for the cost of the pair.
That being said, they were very comfortable and I liked the fit a lot so hopefully I was unlucky with that pair. I've been keeping my eye out for another sale so i placed a new order. Fingers crossed the issue I had isn't too pervasive.
