C'mon people, it's a $30 rain jacket. Y'all expecting to hike in the heavy rain with this thing or something. It's good for daily use, I use this for walking the dogs when it's raining. I've used it in heavy rain for like 30 mins. The jacket does get soaked but I was only a little damp. It's a good product and cheap. My wife has a waterproof jacket, it's nice and works but it was also like $200.

I picked this up from Amazon last year for $17. Its very lightweight and thin but does a great job stopping the wind and rain

Do the sleeve have a liner? The last one I got didn't have liners and it's not good with a T-shirt lol.
