Disneyland raised their admission prices recently and as I mentioned
here, authorized ticket sellers still have ticket stocks for the old pricing here. Groupon is selling 2025 Disneyland tickets at 2024 prices where adults pay kids price, saving up to $123. If you are planning to visit during the period of Jan 7 - March 20, 2025,
get this $50 kids deal so you don't have to pay the increased prices.

Unfortunately my wallet is still pretty tight and I feel like Disney has priced me out, even with this deal.
For those of you who do get this deal and go, have a great time and eat a churro on my behalf.
Disney also recently announced a Premier Lighting Lane add-on for about $400. This will get you Lightning Lane entry to all the Lightning Lane Attractions. Similar to Universal Studios Express Pass, you won't need to have a return time. You can just go freely at your leisure.
Unlike the Universal Studios Express Pass, it isn't for every attraction. Only Lightning Lane attractions.

Joined some friends for a super quick Sat Sun at Disneyland last month. Flew down from Seattle.
It was close to a miserable experience. Closed rides. Weird new fast pass system that fails miserably when rides are closed. Broken rides. Broken rides. Broken rides. It was really rough.
To be fair to Disneyland I sent customer service an email detailing the struggles we had. They were significant. The gave us complimentary replacement passes that do not expire so park entrance for the weekend was essentially $0. I am straight/married with no kids but actually love Disneyland. It lost some of it's appeal after this last trip. I hope the next goes better.

Honesly, Disney was never cheap, heck according to this article actually costed MORE in 2014 when inflation is factored in. https://finance.yahoo.c
