What are the chances that these "American Forge & Foundry" branded jacks come from the same Chinese factory as so many other brands, including Harbor Freight? https://www.harborfreight.com/15-...64545.html

Agreed on the 1.5 ton and HF sells that as low as $65. I picked up the Daytona version which has front wheels not a rolling tube for $80 when they had the daytona sale. I generally find that with the Chinese jacks, stands, brushes, etc HF is a bit cheaper when they are on sale and you can pick through the bin to get a good one or easily return as opposed to Amazon or other sellers online.
You can return this jack but your refund is less shipping. They say they are not authorized sellers of most of the things they sell.

Yup, and they don't make it easy to discover that "American Forge and Foundry" jacks are made in China. An oversight I'm sure.

Just throwing out an option. I've been seeing the Arcan 3T steel jacks in Costco.

They're not on "sale" right now, just a regular shelf price of $140. More $ than Harbor Freight Pittsburgh but better warranty. Maybe wait and see if a sale or coupon pops up next month for BF.
