This is a terribly unreliable and poorly built product, and the price has been reduced by 75% seemingly in a last ditch attempt to recoup some of their money by clearing out their inventory to the few remaining suckers who don't spend a few seconds to read the reviews or do a bit of research first before buying it.

This thing is kind of a pile and also the best grill you will ever find at the $100 price point. It will be sold out in 3 hrs.

This time of year you are better off hitting up Walmart and snagging a Weber on clearance. They are generally on sale from $50 -$75 during the fall if you catch them just right. Even at regular price, an old school Weber is going to do almost everything the average homeowner needs and will last for a long time.

I don't know but the rating is better. Also the rating for this grill isn't as bad on home Depot and their own site.

Tom Horsman reviews a lot of grills, and his opinion, based on the $400 price point, was "no." Hated the assembly (3 hours) and felt like the temps weren't even. But I bet he'd love it at $100. His review.

Outdoor cooking is a hobby for me. I have a bunch of grills and smokers, but nothing with an automated temp control system. I'm tempted to buy one as a project. Based on the reviews, the quality control is probably inconsistent. Some people report having great cooks on it, others sound completely frustrated.
