So I was able to place another order before my account was overdue but after receiving phone it is not activating and my account shows suspended because payment is due (I have already extended once so cannot extend again). Does anyone know it will be an issue if i don't activate in this case? Only thing i can think of that my visible line may not transfer and close so i have to make sure i cancel that but any other gotcha? Anyone else has experience with this situation.

You can request a 72 hr extension by calling *611, have you tried that?

anyone getting technical issue error when entering the porting information - I was able to get past that step earlier in the day but they had some issue with port and order didnt go through. I had to call the porting department to cancel the port and retry. Now unable to get past the port information page

Did you get the 2nd and 3rd line after immediately after activating the first? Metro is giving me an error after I hit the place order button.

You cannot order another line if you have pending order.

I got an error while placing the order for second line. Now my account is showing not eligible for adding a line and also the visible number I tried to port out is also not allowed to port when I try to create new account. Anyone faced this. Am I blocked now ?

Us mobile has a $4 plan to port in the app. 50 texts and nothing else.

The pending port on your Visible number should automatically cancel after 1-2 hrs. If you cannot wait, you can call Metro and ask them to cancel the port immediately.
