Was able to create a new account/ new cc/ new address and that finally went through.
I guess I will just order one more line to that address after the first one then I am done with this deal

I guess it's pretty much up for us; as someone previously mentioned they've capped the promo at max 2 lines.

Also visible closes the account/locks email when the account is ported out, as they dont support multi lines to a same account.

So far I've had 4 reps on the phone say they can't add the line. It has to be done online or in the store. The rep I spoke to today said the option to add a line was something she just noticed was an option for them TODAY. She seemed knowledgeable enough and said that's why previously no one on the phone could help me do it. Regardless, she wasn't able to complete the process. Her solution was to basically order it as a new line and then merge the accounts, so it'd be $75 for the phone instead of adding a line for $35 and the phone being free. I don't really need her to do that as I could just do that by opening a new line online myself, so I declined. I really wish we could figure out what triggers the "call us to complete the order" thing to come up. I've tried new names, new emails, and new payment cards. The only thing I have not tried to change is the shipping address, so I may have to try that.
