I can't get past the 4 iPhones to single address and I'm pretty sure it's address limit… I still have 20 days left.. apart from shipping to friends address what other option we have?? Any idea….

You could try adding a unit number, period, or some type of alteration to your address and see if the phone still comes through. Haven't tried that personally. I simply don't have the bandwidth to chase down the issue if it doesn't work. Please report back if you do

Been trying for awhile to add a third line/iphone12 to one of my metro accounts but no luck.
Was able to create a new account/ new cc/ new address and that finally went through.

I guess I will just order one more line to that address after the first one then I am done with this deal Smilie. 6 phones is enough. Final price per phone ends up being 60 bucks.

Pretty good value for trading in.

I've tried doing everything mentioned previously. Also tried adding a new address, name, email & card but still can't manage to place an order for the the 5th line.

I guess it's pretty much up for us; as someone previously mentioned they've capped the promo at max 2 lines.

No, it wont work. Metro checks if that number is on metro/tmobile in the last 6 months too. So the number will not be eligible anymore

Also visible closes the account/locks email when the account is ported out, as they dont support multi lines to a same account.

I'm not that person but I've been trying for the past few days to add just a second line/iPhone 12 with no luck. Every attempt done online is great until the final step where it says to call them to complete the order. When you call they can see the order in the system but some claim it has gone through (not true, especially if you didn't see an order confirmation screen or receive an email saying so). From there you have to get to the porting department and ask them to cancel the port. If you don't then you can't try to port the line using the online ordering method because it will say you can't port the line. It's like the port request is stuck in limbo once you created the order and it didn't finish.

So far I've had 4 reps on the phone say they can't add the line. It has to be done online or in the store. The rep I spoke to today said the option to add a line was something she just noticed was an option for them TODAY. She seemed knowledgeable enough and said that's why previously no one on the phone could help me do it. Regardless, she wasn't able to complete the process. Her solution was to basically order it as a new line and then merge the accounts, so it'd be $75 for the phone instead of adding a line for $35 and the phone being free. I don't really need her to do that as I could just do that by opening a new line online myself, so I declined. I really wish we could figure out what triggers the "call us to complete the order" thing to come up. I've tried new names, new emails, and new payment cards. The only thing I have not tried to change is the shipping address, so I may have to try that.

Same here, I've tried everything but unable to order the 5th line.

For now I've ordered all devices using my laptop. Later tonight I'll try adding the line via metro app using the iPhone 12. Let's see if it works.

Not OP but I had 4 lines and tried doing tablet online but got the dreaded contact us info. Called in 1-888-863-8768 and they placed the order for me too. Gave me the order number too but it am not totally sure it will go through as my account expires today

I tried to order a tablet using my first Metro account where I had applied for a 72hr grace extension 2 days ago (I had applied for the extension in the hopes of picking up another cheap iPhone 12 but they wanted to charge me $75 for the line) but got the "Please contact us to complete your order" at the last step. I'll try using the Metro app as someone else suggested but am not too hopeful.
