My friend had same issue right now when trying to order -- most likely the website is glitching so try in the morning instead

There could be a variety of reasons for this. One of them is because people recycle Metro number to get their 6th phone by porting from Metro to Visible and change that number to a new one to port back to Metro. If you're the unlucky one who get the previous Metro number from that person, you'll get the error.

I highly recommend against this practice because if Metro decides to cut off Visible because of this abuse, all of us are affected because some people are being greedy. We have seen Metro changing their policy due to abuse, i.e., increasing price from $40 to $75, disallowing Google voice and other VOIP, increasing unlock time from 6 months to 12 months, and spelling out and enforcing their 2 phone limit.

My browser was keep showing $300 price after failure last night. I tried incognito mode and it worked! Order placed. Two questions:
1. How can I disable autopay?
2. How to add another line to buy second iPhone ?

Autopay is disabled by default -- you can double check from your online account

You can't login to online account without verification text sent to phone so you need to wait for the phone to come in -- finish online activation from online order status page so the pending port completes

Setup the phone on wifi and it'll automatically install Metro eSIM for service

Login to online account and add a line from there -- you'll need another VZ/ATT number to port over
