Never would have dreamed someone would call top sirloin trash and eye round great for slicing and smoking. I'll trade you all the eye rounds you want for some top sirloin and ribeye. brisket and chuck is better for smoking than eye round, and tritip is even better for slicing. eye round is what they use to ground into patties or give to your in laws that you don't like.

Dont order it from Amazon, they send you pre packed 1-1.5 pd cuts so you can't even roast it.
