I have this locking plier set, and it's a good set but the metal is a bit softer and some of the teeth have sheered off because of this. But I also just realized they have a lifetime warranty so looks like i'll be taking mine back and getting a new set soon.

That's my understanding, but I guess i'll find out soon.
I've used the warranty on Husky hand tools. No receipt or explanation required. They will exchange it for the same one or if that model is discontinued or not carried outside a set, replace it with a like item.
