Thanks OP! ill be getting 1 for the whole fam. Daves has the best hot chicken & the best fries BY FARRR... price/size/flavor all unbeatable.
When HOT CHICKEN took off here in LA, & Dave's first opened in Hollywood, CA. I used to be in that 1+ hour after clubbing till 3am.

agreed, they are comparable to a normal chicken sandwich at other places like popeyes.

Dave's is the best chicken sandwich I ever had out of 8 nashville hot chicken places I tried. I have only tried 1 location though. My location, it's not oily or too salty, it's fresh, steamy hot, great crust and spices and prices are very reasonable. Pretty cheap by my standards.

For chains, i prefer Wingstop garlic fries and 5 guys extra crispy Cajun fries. But i agree their chicken sandwich is phenomenal.

Nashville hot chicken usually comes with a bread to absorb all the "mud" texas toast is perfect also Dave's hot chicken is not bad by any means. Nashville hot chicken is oily because oil is poured onto the chicken after it's cooked.

They are large "strips", no argument there, but you're not getting a Popeyes sandwich worth out of these sliders.
