I don't think that we have an official round up this year, but you can sort of make your own top list by visiting this page and then filtering by thumbs on the left side, as well as sorting by Deal Score (High to Low) just above the deal tiles on the right side.

How spoiled we are, now. It wasn't that long ago that you didn't know what the BF deals until the day before when the paper ads came out. And how long it took for stores to start releasing them early after so many years of people leaking the ads a couple of weeks early. They were really just starting to get to that point right before the pandemic. Then they started doing these "Black Friday" deals all month long (and even using the term for earlier deals) after Walmart decided to spread out the deals in 2020 to try and prevent shoppers all showing up at one time.

With that said, I've been wondering where the ads have been. But it seems like a week out has been the norm. For us long timers, we were just used to getting the ad weeks in advance through leaks. Not a think anymore since stores don't print out millions of paper copies like they used to.

Yes, if it was a request from their legal folks to SD's legal folks, we have to abide by it legally, so I assume that's what it was. If it wasn't a legal request then we'd likely have kept it alive. Legal request is the only way for a merchant to have SD take down a thread.

Yeah, I had paged through that but then you can find things on the website that show they will be on sale but they're not even able to be located in that "preview" thing.

Chalk black friday ads up to things I'll be telling my grandkids about one day lol.
