That would be a little harder than a simple adapter since it is a different voltage.

I would like to find this to work with 24V Greenworks tools.

Actually it may work well on other 20 volt tools. I Frankensteined a 20v hypertough mount to a 24v battery and then circular saw runs better than it did new. It was worth the 30 minutes of time invested!!

Just Google the adapter, there is one to convert to 18-20v tools. Most of them do work, at improved performance, but likely reduced service life.

Jk. There is a range usually on commercial motors like HVAC that can run on 208V or 240V. So I could see a 24V working just something that would be less available as a "standard" adapter.
