I found Core Power to be a better brand in terms of protein content. 26g proven to 170 calories is an insane ratio

I'm an in patient dietitian, I give a lot of this stuff. It's best for malnourished people, if you're just looking for a protein shake there are better options. Fwiw, this tends to be patients' favorite flavor over chocolate and vanilla.

I buy these for my 93 year old diabetic grandmother, she doesn't eat much so the high calorie count is a major selling point for people like her. This is a good buy.
