Once I started sharpening the teeth every 2 dozen or so cuts, it's like a hot knife through butter. Takes maybe 2-3 minutes to hit the teeth with about 6 swipes of the file to keep the blade humming. I had a bench sharpener and it was more hassle than it was worth. This keeps it going without taking the chain off practically forever.
