Louis Vuitton - Ombre Nomade: Definitely a heavy oud scent, comes off very strong but also very 'rich' and lasts about 16 hours. It's probably one of my favorites, but absolutely not a 'safe' scent. The original is quite pricey but "Jean Lowe - Ombre" (or "Nomade" since it might have been renamed) is a great knockoff of it.
Maison Francis Kurkdjian - Oud Satin Mood Extrait: Another very strong one, a mix of oud and rose but done very well. Your "Oud Satin" might actual be a knockoff of this. Since you're not a fan of the roses, you might want to avoid this one.
Initio - Oud for Greatness: A bit safer of an oud, doesn't have that deep/dark stink that oud normally does. A good knockoff is 'Badee Al Oud: Oud for Glory'
Shaghaf Oud - Back into funky territory, but a cheap one. If you don't mind some of the funky stuff, I recommend the Black and White bottles of this one.
A good, strong inbetween (not safe, but not as funky as some of the above) is Zegna's Golden Myrrh
Probably the absolute least safest of any I own is "Nuit de Feu" by Louis Vuitton which smells like a literal barnyard to me and only costs $500
A lot of scents seem to have 'oud' in the title but don't actually smell like Oud. If you like leather scents, Lattafa's "Velvet Oud" is a nice mix that smells like a heavier Tom Ford Ombre Leather. If you like Tom Ford Oud Wood, Versace's Noir is a sweeter version that still has that bit of oud in it.

It's a less sweet version of Versace Noir, which doesn't smell as well done as this, but is a bit more safe.
might just be everyone's nose being different. I generally love the Tom Ford stuff but not a huge fan of his Ouds
