Buy from Tire Rack. Install at Discount Tire.
They're owned by the same company now, but Tire Rack includes 2 year road hazard, full replacement rather than pro-rated. I've used it 4 times and it's relatively painless. Discount Tire's free road hazard is pro-rated, or you can buy certificates for full replacement.

This is what i get when i go to discount tire's website. "It looks like you're more than 75 miles from our nearest store. Head to Tire Rack to shop for tires, wheels, and accessories online with local installation options across the nation."

I love 5 miles from Costco and 8 miles from a tire rack warehouse. Costco's pricing is about the same as TR even after $40 local pickup discount, but it includes free installation. This is for Cross Climate 2s. Why should i go with tire rack?

Not very good for black Friday. Sadly, retailers don't need to be aggressive with pricing because people are spending money hand over fist even with inflation.

I'm assuming you're talking about buying a couch now from costco (rather than a different store) and asking for a price adjustment later rather than a price match? You'd have to check if there's some reason their normal price adjustment policy doesn't work for Black Friday sales. Otherwise, I believe they will price adjust if you bought something not more than 30 days before the sale price. I've used the easy online form to request a price adjustment twice in the last year. If I were you, I'd do a little googling on the issue, and then if it all sounds good, wait to buy the couch until it's less than 30 days before the sale. Then set a couple reminders to ask for a price adjustment the first day of the sale, just to make sure you get it done.
