They're owned by the same company now, but Tire Rack includes 2 year road hazard, full replacement rather than pro-rated. I've used it 4 times and it's relatively painless. Discount Tire's free road hazard is pro-rated, or you can buy certificates for full replacement.

I purchased mine at that price 1.5 years ago.
It's good and somewhat easy to install. I had to get access to my furnace's control board to make sure the wires are exactly what they are and to connect an additional wire that was disconnected.
FYI, the thermostat and sensors are motion and temperature sensors. Everything is Apple HomeKit compatible.
