Buy from Tire Rack. Install at Discount Tire.
They're owned by the same company now, but Tire Rack includes 2 year road hazard, full replacement rather than pro-rated. I've used it 4 times and it's relatively painless. Discount Tire's free road hazard is pro-rated, or you can buy certificates for full replacement.

Costco management is money hungry like most corporate. Only thing I buy for Costco is the stock for rest of the stuff I go to Sam's Club and Walmart.
