I have one and am very happy with it . Have been using it for 6 months now so no experience with the longevity of the product but if it's anything like the rest of the Kohler products that I've used it shouldn't be a worry.
This is a slightly older model. I have it as well as a newer E820. It works great. Missing a night light and a few other features. Toto is equally good but the one Costco has doesn't have the remote and I don't like the side controls.
We've had this exact model for about 6 months. I don't think I'll ever not have a bidet now.
I did try a biobidet non-powered product, which was a hot deal here. I hated that thing, no heat and that cold water was like power washer or jet stream for cutting steel. It was awful.
This warms the water, has different sprays, and can also move the spray around the area.
If you have a cheapie tank and bowl, like I have, the seat might not line up with the bowl, particularly noticeable for men when needing to sit, the opening is shorter for me, this might be an issue many have with these bidet seats. I still won't go without.

I hated the Toto from Costco for that very reason! I thought it wouldn't be so bad, but turns out I don't like the side controls at all.
No way this is 10x better than a $25 one. Wake me up with the cold water
A heated bidet is something worth spending 10x on (not much opinion on this one in particular). Honestly, maybe even more than the warm water is the heated seat and fan, and the one I have has a night light (this one doesn't).
Same question - how does this compare to Toto and is it worth it to spring for the Toto C2?
I cant tell from the pic but is there a lid which covers the nozzle when it retracts? Toto one has a covering the nozzle and the air vent. I have the Toto bidet for like 8 yrs now and it works fine. It has the same features as this one except for the wireless remote.

The heated seat is a good feature. I think there is a model which plays music too!
