I believe that is incorrect. Link below - this set is 18/0 steel, meaning ZERO nickel. This is a rather inferior offering and will likely develop corrosion and oxidation in short order.

On the bottom of the Costco app (at least on iPhone) there are 5 sections/icons you can click on (Explore, Shop, Account, Warehouse and Cart). If you click on Warehouse it allows you to search your local warehouses inventory. I bought something recently that was marked $29.97 on the app but was $39.97 on the sign above it at the warehouse. It rang up as $29.97 so I trust the app's pricing being current.
I got some Walmart brand stainless steel flatware for literally $10 that haven't rusted for years. Don't get so focused on the specs

How does the set linked in OP compare to this one? Not on sale but $75 for a 65 piece set at my local warehouse:

Our KMart silverware from 2000 is still Daddy's special silverware. I don't even remember what brand it was called anymore.

It's hit or miss nowadays. I feel most 20 years ago were probably good no matter the brand unless $1 lol

16.97, in stock in Superior, CO, only place near Denver with them in stock. I'm not that close to Superior, so I don't plan on verifying.

Can confirm. The knives don't go in my dishwasher anymore because they rust.

Lucia is 18/10.
Delano is 18/0

I thought 18/8 was the best and 18/10 second best. Can never find 18/8 anymore.

Have those as well. Martha Stewart brand. Lasted over 25 years and they are 18/0 grade. Look great

I bought a couple of *96 (forgot about the extra spoons) piece sets from Macy's for $25/ea around 2002, that lasted me for 20 years with no spotting. Finally gave them up during a move because my wife wasn't fond of the designs, but I somewhat regret it, because the new ones aren't holding up after 2.5 years.

1759335 might be the Lofton set, which is 18/0.

https://www.costcoconnection.com/...page5.html (bottom says 1759335 is the Lofton set). Per https://www.mikasa.com/products/l...vice-for-4, Lofton is 18/0

18/10 is better and more expensive than 18/8, do not buy 18/0 for flatware.

You can look at fortessa flatware on amazon, they are all 18/10.

$60 has been the sales price for the 45 piece set. Inflation works like magic!
