Would love to find something like this with a touchscreen so I can mount to a wall and have calendars, weather, etc. all running off of a Raspberry Pi. A friend of mine has something like this set up, but since there's no touchscreen there is no interaction with it other than taking the time to plug in a mouse and keyboard.

Just bought a nice touchscreen variant of this for $110. So for that price range of $100+ it's a nice feature to have. Or get one with fast refresh rate of 144 hz. Granted this is more of a name brand but the panels are often made at the same place as no name brands.

There are a jillion 15.6" portable monitors, with similar or better specs, on Amazon and many are way cheaper than this basic portable monitor.Some down into to the $50 dollar range.

I'm also wondering whether a name brand is worth it for these. Amazon has had the no names as low as $36 before.
