Sadly, the Chinese made products that I see here in the U.S. are the lowest quality Chinese products I have ever seen. They literally are those things that I use 20 years ago in China when it is still a poor country with 1/100 income of the U.S. Probably there are language, culture and marketing barriers that seriously limited a lot of great quality Chinese products from getting into the U.S. customers. Look at DJI. It's already the best in the market and greatest quality and a big name, but the marketing is just not there - literally not much difference from a typical Chinese company who sell toys and laptops.

Huion and XP-pen offer cheaper alternatives at the cost if responsiveness and user experience. Better to try and decide which ones suits you.
I own Cintiq and Intuos from Wacom, and my kids always prefer to use Cintiq as you can draw directly on the screen, which is more intuitive. If you find Intuos is difficult to use, maybe consider Cintiq or Huion/XP-pen alternatives instead.
Wacom is pricy. Glad to see discount posted here.

I just want a writing tablet to play with... Anyone has experience with these? Any quirks I should know about? Thanks in advance
