I feel this is just a case of YMMV. My experience with RXO was vastly different. They notified me the day before that my delivery window was between Noon and 4pm. Day-of, they called and let me know they were running early. This was unfortunate as I was still at work (and was worried about having to reschedule and this whole thing happens again), but I called the driver and he told me no worries, that they'd be back again as their last stop of the day and he'd call me an hour out. Finally got home and I received a call when he was an hour out, and they showed up promptly. Delivery was professional, and that was that.

Don't buy from LG partner store!! They mess up huge time and I have been having issues back and forth!

I ordered a 65" C4 from them. I complained about them not sending the incentive item (free soundbar) and for some reason they refunded the money I paid for the TV. I have no complaints about their customer service. https://i.slickdeals.net/images/smilies/emot-LOL.gif

I must be an outlier. My delivery came on the expected day and they also mounted my tv for free.

The mounting service they use could be improved. But that's a separate service.

If there were hacks, then everyone would do it which would defeat the purpose.

You have to be affiliated through your company, military, government, healthcare, or education to get a login.

Man, I really missed out by not getting the Memorial Day sale on the 83". The 65 and 77 have gone on sale multiple times since then, but LG refuses to drop the 83. Hoping black Friday changes that

I have a hack. Just go to greentoe dot com and make an offer. I just got my offer accepted for 3K and I don't even need to pay tax and shipping. I don't really value the soundbar and don't want to waste my time in reselling so I think I got a good deal. Also, I heard horror stories of LG Store shipping etc. Let's see how this goes. First time using GT.

I bought the G4 when it's first on LG partner store for $2900. The delivery process was actually smoother than I thought, despite what people are saying. And I got mine within a week.

I just purchased a G4 from Costco. Got a 5 yr warranty and free installation for $4,199. Damn. It is still in the box waiting for the install guy to come over. I do not think I have access to the Partnet Store though. I just tried to "sign up" and it said I'd recevive an email within 10 days.
