Not clear from the pictures, does anyone know --
is it easy to bolt on a sacrificial 2x4 on top of this?

Edit - actually the last picture on Lowe's site does not show any holes for bolts at the top. So sounds like you cannot bolt a sactificial 2x4 over the metal rail when ripping sheets.

Nope. I did learn you can use the ends as sacrifice though. Skil saw went straight through the metal without an issue. Not a big fan of these, they bounce around a lot, so they never feel stable.

Thanks for confirming. For me, this is a must-have feature for a sawhorse as I often have to rip plywood sheets. Not having a way to install sacrificial lumber to the setup is a no-go for my usecase. The price was super attractive, so I thought I would put these for light use cases where I don't want to take out my table or heavier sawhorses; but without this feature its not very useful for me.
