Lot of reviews both on Amazon and Macys have reported that the stainless steel of this pan rusts very easily and that the steel coating peels off.

Steel coating? So it's not all stainless… that's a pass for sure since the purpose of stainless is to AVOID the coating coming off into the food :/

Nah you don't want stainless steel for stir frying. Carbon steel is the way to go.
