Go to home Depot or Lowe's and get the rental van for $19. Load your TV from Costco and return the van, if it's sunny you can try the truck for the same rate. You don't even have to refuel if your home is closer to Costco and the rental place

I'll never understand why people go into a ymmv thread and throw a fit when it's listed as ymmv. You and that other guy couldn't even look for it correctly on the app and you are complaining? Just move on if you don't see it lol no one is asking to you look for it

Can anyone provide their thoughts on whether the s90C (not D) for $999.97 is worth getting over the LC C3? I paid $1039 + tax for the LG and it is still in the box. Would need to coordinate with Electronic Express to come pick the TV up. Can't return to their store since the purchase was made via eBay. Either way, the return should be free.

The TV is for my parents. They watch pretty much all streaming content. They have a Samsung Q990C soundbar. I know the Samsung doesn't have Dolby Vision, which is a bummer, but it does have the 5 year extended warranty.

Just got one (S90C) in SF Bay Area (Redwood City). Cashier was unsure about the warranty and tried to upsell me first. I mentioned the free 5 year warranty… and she was eventually able to figure out and scan the correct barcode for free Allstate Protection Plan.

Seemed like the last one on the shelf, but app still shows "in stock" at same location. Some other Bay Area stores also showing in stock at 999 price. Thanks OP!

Edit: Label on box says Version FB02… so it seems like the gen 2 panel, from what I understand.

S90CD for $1000 through Costco or S90D for $1100 through Brandsmart?
Not sure what's the better deal, but I know Best Buy price matches Brandsmart.

How did you get $1100 through brandsmart? I could see it listed for $1597.

A few posts up KnightRT mentioned $1100 through Brandsmart. I just posted BB's link and said they price match Brandsmart.

Thanks OP, the manager wanted to charge $1200 but was able to match the price on the costco app for the S90C model at $900/each at Tomball TX location, the S90D was still regular price. They had 2 S90C models left instock.

Does anyone know which one is better, this 65" Samsung S90D or 65" Hisense U8N?
They are about the same price.
I watch TV in normal living room with light on, so not in a complete dark room.
Some lights in the room.
I'm a little bit worried since this Samsung is OLED panel which I heard reflect many glares and also the burn in after certain period.
Please help, TIA.

How is this better than the eBay c3 deal? Rtings have this and c3 at comparable ratings.
"The Samsung S90D/S90DD OLED is mostly better than the LG C3 OLED. The Samsung has a wider color gamut, so colors are more accurate and lifelike, and it can display colors brighter due to its better color volume. The Samsung also has better HDR brightness, so bright highlights stand out more in HDR content. However, the LG is brighter in SDR, so it overcomes more glare in a bright room. The LG also has better low-quality content smoothing, so it's the better option if you regularly watch DVDs or lower-quality streams, and if you collect Blu-rays, the LG is the better choice due to its Dolby Vision and DTS audio support."

I'd say the S90D Wins out over the C3 and the C4. And it definitely wins out if you can replicate the $1000 Deal vs the C3's and C4's deal (which has expired)

Bonus if you have a Samsung Sound bar to pair.

But you honestly can't go wrong with either.

Funny. My local Costco is next to Home Depot, and across the street from Lowes. See pic.
