I have had poor customer service experiences with U.S. Mobile. For example, they lost my number for about 4 weeks during a simple port. The only thing that they did to make up for it was offer me $5 off for a few months. And, they kept bragging about how great their customer service was when they communicated with me. This issue was a pretty big inconvenience for me, and I was surprised at how poorly they handled it (given their supposed reputation for good CS).
I also find that they sneakily raise prices or take away features.
Additionally, their subreddit brigades anyone who raises valid complaints.
I don't trust them as a company and find that their CS cannot handle certain issues with any sense of urgency.

Sadly, I can say the same thing for T-Mobile Verizon and AT&T. With the majority of major business companies corporation all of them seem an issue.. and most big operation customer friendly. Don't see why you would get down voted and I wrapped you as well as I voted. For any company, including this one it's at your own risk I have not found one cell phone provider, one big company that has not had an issue. Lol
For 500mb

Red pocket is absolute garbage compared to US Mobile. I had 5 lines on Red Pocket and support was horrendous. Deprioritizing data made the hotspot very slow. Also they offer zero capability to use their lines internationally so I had to swap out sims. US Mobile has been an exceptional value with excellent service and their plans include the ability to add international roaming. I've tried most major MVNOs and I'm sticking with US Mobile until they give me a reason to change.

Lemme tell you AW without a phone is a pain. You have limited use and you have to set it as kid on familly account.
Apple made it so hard and took so many features away that is not worth it to have a stand alone AW.
Afaik, as long as you have a 5g capable device, both 5g/LTE will be provisioned as priority on Warp. They get that info from your sim/esim. Now overall service and speeds are still dependent on location and congestion. Coverage among the big three is largely location dependent. US mobile lets you teleport between them which is great to test
It released Monday. You have to go to the website to see it. The app doesn't show it
