People don't realize this, but these kits come with lifetime warranties. That's why they're so damn expensive. If one of your bits break you contact support and they'll have a new one to you in a matter of days.

That site is awful. Why would you suggest that?

I have a set of these for each of my technicians. They are quality sets and are worth the price. Ifixit has more budget friendly sets, but this one has a metal driver + accessory. As far as electronics repairs, i haven't run into many things that these don't work for.
* If you need something that requires high torque, i would recommend menta set or wera has full size set I've been happy with.

The magnetic cover and foam bit holder is 1000x better than the way the temu ones do it.

I still own a few temu sets (one in every room) but for primary use the ifixit is the best

Same. Paid $38.99 in June 2018. Seems a lifetime ago. Ifixit will replace most pieces under warranty if they ever get damaged, FYI.

The new LTT precision driver was made to be compatible with these bits. Just a heads up.

I like ifixit kits but considering I got the same kit (chinese knockoff) for less than $10 shipped has me hesitating

Yeah I can confirm they Chinese kits are not as good but work non the less . Steel is not as good but who cares.
When you strip a fastener, you'll care.

It's clear the above commenter doesn't actually -use- their tools, but only talks about them.
