I just chatted with them and showed a screenshot from their website saying the keyboard is free. They said, "oh that's just a technical glitch, it's not free" then disconnected the chat.

it weird that on my Shop Samsung app there's only a few categories available such as appliance, there's no way to purchase mobile phone / tablets through the app

They are changing things right now. It's like The Matrix, there's a glitch happening because they are working hard to f&#% us out of the deal.

Does the Ultra still have the "Write on PDF" app that was included with my Tab S7FE? it's the best app I've found for writing on PDFs. Like literally it treats it like a paper that you can write on top of. Dead simple. It shows depricated on the Play app store now.

The other apps I tried treat a PDF like a form or add annotations to the PDF, etc.

You should be able to just download that from the Samsung app store. But that feature is pretty much implemented in the Samsung Notes app now. That's how I write on all my PDFs.

No app used. It's a mode you select on the tablet and then you can find it as a plug and play wireless display on windows on your laptop. This has been available for several generations but I felt it hasn't really worked well until the S9U. Also I have used super display in the past. It works well wired, but the performance wasn't snappy when running wirelessly. Never tried duet.

I had same issue with app on iOS iPhone. You need to use the Shop Samsung app on android. Annoying and took me a while to figure this out.
