That's my favorite paintbrush style for cutting in and for trim. If I had a HF nearby I'd get a few.

Fabulous brush, I rinse them well and they hold up and hold an edge dozens of paint sessions. Home Depot sells a similar brush around $6-$8 that is identical. Comfortable in the hand, hold an edge well. I grab this over my older Purdy brush just because I'm used to it. Last time they were $2 I stocked up

These are just ok. Not great for cabinet or furniture painting but probably fine for most other uses.

These are definitely not throw away brushes. HF has three lines of paint brushes and this is their top line. May not be as good as a Purdy or Wooster but certainly a great brush for $2.

If you don't paint much and hate cleanup, I could see tossing the brush when you are finished.

It's a Wooster Shortcut ripoff! Those go for $6 these days but they are great. If this is half as good, it's a great deal.

I just finished five months of going through my property with a fine toothed comb, and really got some good use out of these brushes. They were especially helpful when I was painting thin aluminum window frames on an extension ladder, as the long handles of the other Avanti brushes got in the way. I'd highly recommend these. Easy to clean too. Mine look like new after that job.
