Cost me less than this deal, and runs great.
This coming from someone who'd not go below 32GB on windows machines.
Apple is more efficient and the 8gb mba performs better than 8gb windows hands down. But you will always find it slowing down after a while with multiple tasks running. If you can't feel the mba with 8gb is slower than your 32gb windows, you need to see a doctor.
Realistically, it performs really close to all of my 12gb windows. Not even close to those 16gb machines. They literally never slow down, until you put real work that would crash the Mac instantly

You saying a 16GB windows machine runs faster than Macbook on battery? The moment you disconnect the power on a windows machine it's goes to intel celeron speeds. The moment you open a decently sized program it's starts revving those fans like jet engines. The comparison needs to be done on a level playing field. If you're comparing powered windows vs macbook running on battery then why not compare macbook book with a desktop?
