I just got the black ones, I have the XM 4 from Sony and the Beats Studio pro, I wanted to check on these ones since the price is good. 1st the headphones fit better than the Sony, the sound is loud and when you create a profile and set it as your favorite, you have the ability to change them with the side button, the sound is much better than my Sony or beats, bass is very good and they are very light. I am still trying to get use to the immerse sound since it changes around when you are moving, I believe that you need to play around with them, connection to my iPhone 15 pro max and Samsung 24 Ultra is solid. Slept all night listening to meditation music and they still have 80 % battery. They look brand new, no scratches or any dent on them.

Just got my refurb in. Throughly inspected and can't find a single scuff or scratch. Brand new packaged charger. I'm really impressed with the updated fitment of the headset in the molded case in comparison to the QC45s where they simply sat in the case and could rub together when hauling.

To those that say you can't turn ANC off. You can in the app. There's multiple profiles you can select, customize, and even create your own. ANC for each one is independent and adjustable via a slider from 0-100%. You can quickly cycle through the modes you have set up by using the multi-function button on the right ear cup.

As far as the touch volume control on the right ear cup being less than ideal- I do not have this issue. I don't have a problem finding it, or adjusting it like others have mentioned. Although, if you did have that issue a secondary volume control option would be your phone volume up, or PC for whichever device you are connected to.

Very pleased with the purchase overall and will be selling my QC45s and using these exclusively.

Bose quality control is near perfect. It's like buying a brand new headphone, just not in the original packaging.

Great price without any other hassle. I got it previously with the affirm $100 off I think and this is still cheaper by $30. So great deal definitely. I use these for the comfortable more than anything. My XM4 sits idle until I travel because it's more portable. However, I plan on taking this on my upcoming trip for a month and we'll how it holds up Smilie

I have the qc35 ii and just bought one of these. I'm quite underwhelmed by the sound. My qc35 had better bass and were louder. I never put the volume all the way up on my iPhone but with the new qc ultras I can put it all the way up and still want it louder at times. The sound also sounds a bit flat.

I ordered these in black last month. My order must've been packed in a hurry by the late shift! The case only included the headphones and nothing else. The right earcup was missing the cushion completely and left one had visible use on the cushion. How can someone miss that is beyond me.

But, Bose customer service is the best, bar none!! They asked for pics and as soon as they saw those pics, they immediately went in action and made everything right by replacing and providing a 50% refund.

Just putting my experience out there for anyone receiving a less than ideal pair Smilie
