I own the one from the Amazon link and checked out the Costco one in my warehouse this weekend - the Costco one is bigger and clearly not the same one as the one in the Amazon link.

Can I use this to charge my Macbook Pro or Air?

We have a both Macbook Pro with 61W and MacBook Air with 30W adapters.
But those are bulky, we don't like to carry around on a long trip.

The model number doesn't mean anything, they are functionally the same. It is common for companies to give different model numbers for their products sold at Costco or Sam's Club, even though they are identical those items sold elsewhere.
