I purchased this bike back in April for $519 flat (no tax or shipping). I've loved it and mainly take it for family outings to breweries and such. I'm ~200lbs and it has plenty of juice for my needs and most hills. Some steep hills require a bit of knowhow and effort with the gears + throttling. By accessing the LCD parameter settings I was able to set to throttle-only which I enjoy more than peddle-assist. This way I can throttle as much help as I want as I peddle instead of preset assist modes which I don't like. It has walking assist which is good as it's not necessarily a light bike. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this one, especially at this price point compared to other e-bikes.
The light is nice and strong and it has a back red light too which is great. I've modded it with a phone carrier, mirrors and rear carrier.

I bought 2 of the Austins and for the first 6 months they were fine. But one of the bikes quit working (screen wouldn't turn on and the motors would not work despite the batteries worked when swapping batteries from one bike to another). Emailed Senada and played their game to get a replacement screen - had to take multiple videos to trouble shoot the bikes by doing various things including taking parts off the good bike and placing them on the bad bike. In all, probably spent about 3 hours doing the back and forth with their support team over the course of 4 days (could have been fewer days but I had things to do on some days so couldn't always get on it right away). Then once they determined the screen needed to be replaced, it took about a month to get the part. I did not have the option of taking it to a bike shop so I was expected to be a bike tech when I have no experience doing so. Not really a great experience, but given the price, I suppose that's to be expected.

Anyways, just wanted to help those of you who might want to know about how their service is.
Bought 2 of these back in April for my teens to take to school. So far they've put close to 400miles on it. I ride it here/there just to cruise around. No complaints.

Just to note..

when we first got it, had 2 flats on rear tire. I put that green slime on it and havent had any since.
brakes suck. Its mechanical. I tell my boys to plan ahead before stopping to slow themselves down. As long as you manage that expectation, its fine.

I like how far the front wheel is from the cranks on this bike. Feels like the bikes that have it closer (e.g. toe overlap risk) are greatly compromising the bike's stability in order to fit the bike into a smaller shipping box, to avoid oversize fees. I guess if you're going to be oversized anyway, might as well get rid of that design quirk.

Ebike noob here.. been wanting to purchase one and have looked at the Lectric Xp3.

Can anyone chime in who is knowledgeable how they compare and if this is a good deal and should pull trigger?

I don't need this but it is really tempting. Hoping some others chime in that have experience with this brand.

Got this back in April at 519. It's larger and more heavy than Jestson ebike we find in Costco. Goes up to 24.99 MPH. So far, good. It auto accelerates really fast even if you start a manual paddle and go to speed gear, which is set. It was kind of annoying, but it is up to the user preferences.

Picked this up for my wife back in March, and I got a similar but different eBike for myself. Wish I would have bought 2 of these. Love how easy they are to get on. It's really quick, and the battery has been plenty big for us (we usually only go 5-10 miles at a time). Was also very straightforward to put together.

Finger on the trigger …. can anyone comment on customer support or warranty issues and cost of extra battery?

Looks like the breaks are wired disc's, I would be abit worried about the stopping power, anyone with experience on this?

This is basically the same deal here just about 10$ cheaper. No issue with it but putting it as a 750W peak and not the 500W motor seems a little disingenuous

I have this bike in white. I also have a larger Engwe. I'm 5'7" and the Senada is my go-to for everyday rides. It maxes out at 25mph on throttle, and is compact enough for my apartment. There is a little "clanging" from the wheel protectors, but that might be due to me needing to tighten the bolts. Overall, I bought for a little more than this price, and am happy that I bought it.

For anyone who is buying their first e-bike, I personally think it's a solid buy. I haven't had any issues with it, and have not needed to contact customer support.

Hope this helps.

I haven't had any issues, but they do have an abrasive sound, especially when going downhill. For the price, it works, but if you would prefer hydraulic brakes, the pricepoint will change considerably.

We got two of these from the last deal, very good bikes. Lots of torque, actually it has better low end torque than my first Lectric xp bike. Its also smaller than the Lectric for comparison which makes it easier to transport in our suv. Good deal.
