The $40 gets standard 5G and is deprioritized (QCI 9).
The service levels are equivalent to Verizon's unlimited plans (5G UW and priority data on Unlimited Ultimate/Plus, 5G and deprioritized data on Unlimited Welcome).

30 days service, 30 days in a drawer...now unlocked. Downside is TW provides the warranty, not Moto...so if I rejoin, will TW cover any warranty issues for the remaining 9 months of the 12 month warranty?
