Word of caution, this is by far the worst company I've dealt with. Transferred from T-Mobile using their last promo for $15/mo per line. Promo pricing never applied. Filed FCC complaint. Their customer service is completely useless. I will be porting out all of my lines at a first chance I get.

Does Total 5G "unlimited" really mean unlimited full speed data at 5G speeds? Or is there a set amount of 5G data before throttling....or does it slow down during times of congestion like Visible? Information not available on it's website.

The $50 and $60 (pre-discount) plan has unlimited priority data. Visible+ has 50GB of priority data. I prefer Total Wireless because of this.

Each number on your T-Mobile account gets a port out pin. You have to speak with tmo for those pins. And you should be able to put those pins in as you go thru the process in transferring you phone number if you choose the individual account route
The port out pin for TMO is the same for all lines. I just did it last week.

Does "Unlimited" 5G Ultra mean no data cap before throttling? Does it slow down during times of congestion once a certain amount of data is reached? No information on that on it's website.
Correct, and since it's always prioritized, it's never throttled / de-prioritized. If you experience data slowdowns its either because of poor coverage or an overloaded tower backhaul at that particular area / location.

I received text from them to sign up with Disney plus for free. Linked never worked and I could not any other way to sign up, every link on my account would give an error
If the link under "manage my extras" when logging in to your profile on a desktop pc doesn't work, then you'll have to contact CS and ask specifically for the VAS/Refund team. They are the ones that can fix it for you.

You don't have to speak to TMO to get the pins, you can get them through the web portal or app. Despite the pin being the same for each line, make sure to generate the pin for each line individually to avoid issues. A user I was assisting last week ran into a port out issue because they didn't go into that line specifically @ tmo to generate the pin even though it was the same pin as the others. After doing this, it ported out fine. Also, very important, make sure PORT OUT PROTECTION is turned off for each line, otherwise porting will fail.

I signed up for the 50% off $40 ($20/mo) and they are not honoring the promo supposedly because I didn't setup auto refill during activation which I don't recall seeing it during online activation. Chatted with agent and they wouldn't budge and I cannot enroll auto refill after the fact for the deal. The speed on the $40/$20 plan is also capped to LTE 25 mbps despite showing 5G. Bad experience, switching to Tello or back to Mint after this bill cycle.

I have someone on the $40 plan and they are not capped @ 25mbps on either LTE nor 5G. They are using an iphone SE 3rd gen and their autorefill is showing $20.

Hi
New to TW, does this included the SIM card or eSIM only activation. I prefer SIM card because I have older iPhone 13

You can do regular simcard, or esim. If doing a regular sim, best to buy one (for $1) either at a local store near you or at amazon, bestbuy, target etc so you can activate it right away and not have to wait on TW to ship you one.

The deal doesn't work with pixel phones. It just says esim activations aren't available when you input the IMEI

When you add a line and go to cart page, you will see an option to add new phone or add sim. If you select add sim, you will see the discount.

I was thinking about signing up, but not if they're running a bait and switch scam.

This promo, unlike the BYEBYE promo, appears to be working.

BYEBYE last month very much was-and-is still a mess.
