Acme is fine, it just takes them way longer to get the order into your hands than they say it will, and their status updates leave a lot to be desired.

Acme tools can be a bit of a pain. Probably will work but be wary, especially if you end up having to communicate with them.

Pretty sure this price is an all time low by a long shot.. Great deal if you need a bunch of high quality/output M18 batteries.

I have ordered about 3 times with them and it's been with Milwaukee power tools and never had an issue.

Most customer service has taking a dive over the years. PayPal is the worst I have experienced recently. Only Chat Bot and then you have to call if you want help, maybe email.

This is better than the home depot hack by almost $100 if my math is correct. Home depot would net you the same batteries minus 4 inkzall markers for $499. This is a $10 an amp deal before taxes

Acme Tool is great overall. I do think they occasionally place orders after sales for large deals like this that get out of hand (sales quantity numbers wise). So shipping isn't always as quick as HD. I've never had an issue getting what I ordered but it may take a couple of weeks, especially if you're late to the deal. If you're ever in Fargo, ND check out their store. I'm in for the deal and I don't need it. Might have some non forge batteries for sale now 🤣

This is a great deal for the Forge batteries. Glad I didn't jump into the HD Forge deal. This one is technically $100 cheaper than the HD deal. Now the next question is how I can intercept the shipment and not let my wife find out I have spent $400 on batteries…..
