$44 for a perpetual license of Office 2021 for Mac doesn't seem bad at all. I could take a key from VLSC though but my snitching coworkers would realize it with ease....

Based on pricing for Organic Stevia... Woot's pricing is incredibly high, even with the discount.

Amazon-owned Woot is having a blowout sale on refurbished Amazon devices with some of the best deals I've ever seen because for today only, you can knock an extra 20% off the already great prices with promo code FRIDAY20. The best deal of the bunch is the 3rd-gen Fire TV Cube for just $55.99 after the code is applied at checkout. Add to that the Fire TV Pro Remote for $17.59 and you've literally got the best Fire TV setup you can have, all for less than $75. Also available is the 1st-gen Fire TV Stick 4K for $13.59 and the Fire TV Soundbar for $47.99. There are a few Fire TV Smart TVs available as well, including the 32″ 2-Series 720p Fire TV for $47.99 and the 40″ 2-Series 1080p Fire TV for $79.99. If you're looking to go big, the 65″ Omni QLED 4K Fire TV is $399.99 and the 75″ model is $559.99. There are also numerous tablets, Eeero mesh routers, Echos, cameras, and much more. Many items are already sold out so act fast and remember that the 20% off code is only good for today.

First time I read one story in OP. OP, if possible you can pease list the items one by one instead of one paragraph.

I'm planning on buying a Kindle on the upcoming Amazon Black Friday sale.
Will a refurbished Kindle or even a Fire TV Stick purchased from Woot be eligible for the 20% off Amazon trade-in discount? I've heard that Amazon may issue the 20% off discount only after receiving the trade-in products if they are not directly purchased from Amazon.

Agreed, that is hard to read and I'm sure many won't bother

I think you're saying you want to buy an item from woot with the intent to use it as a trade-in on Amazon, and want to know if Amazon will give you an instant discount on an item purchased elsewhere? The answer to that is, I don't think anyone can say for sure the rhyme and reason of when and why you get that instant discount. All my Amazon devices have come from Amazon. Sometimes they offer instant 20% on trade-in, sometimes not. There have been times I had an off of instant 20% discount, didn't take it as I was unsure of buying the new device. The next day decide I do want the device, go back, and the instant discount offer was gone! I went back and forth checking for it, and in some cases searched for a specific type of device in the trade-in list (as opposed to just selecting it from my list of registered devices), and somehow triggered the offer of an instant discount again.

All of that said, IF you think that 20% discount is worth buying a device to trade, just go ahead and do the trade in as soon as you have the woot device. You don't have to be buying a new item to do the trade in. Send it in and let them receive it, check it out and add the 20% discount to your account. You can then have it waitng for any holiday deals.

Thank you!

Yeah, that's what I meant. Sounds like it's YMMV regardless where the Amazon product was purchased from.

I have a bad habit of editing after posting, and didn't realize you'd already answered! I added this part, which I think will help:

IF you think that 20% discount is worth buying a device to trade, just go ahead and do the trade in as soon as you have the woot device. You don't have to be buying a new item to do the trade in. Send it in and let them receive it, check it out and add the 20% discount to your account. You can then have it waiting for any holiday deals.

(I actually did this with an old Kindle last week that WAS offering me an instant 20% discount on the new Paperwhite. But I want to see if the paperwhite goes on sale, and I knew there was a chance that if it did, I might not see the instant discount at that time. So I did the trade without purchasing anything, and now have 20% off in my account that should auto-apply if I buy a Kindle before it expires, which I think I have until early Jan to use it, would have to check again.)

I don't think it's worth buying at these prices just to trade it in. I'd just get a cheap Firestick from the used market or Goodwill store to get the 20% off coupon.
Amazon just came out with this all new generation of Kindles, so I doubt the prices will drop a whole lot ( maybe $20 off) for Black Friday.

You can always go through the trade-in motions on your Amazon page and enter possible trade-in devices. Just don't complete the transaction.....obviously.

For reference, I'm being offered $5 trade-in credit GC for an old 4k firestick, $15 for a 2020 Fire HD 8 or $30 for my 5th gen Paperwhite.

I've got a long standing Prime account with many prior trades under my belt, so I always get the "Instant Trade-In credit" and coupon. YMMV
