How is this better than the one posted yesterday for $21? Both have 1000 amps, which is too low. Is it 3 times more because it's lithium? Here is a 4000 amp one for $32 after coupon.

If you know, you 'NOCO"!!! Seriously, this brand is the top of the list when it comes to starting a battery when you need it most. I have bought 2 lesser brands and at a lesser price only to pay for them in frustration and wasted time. I learned the hard way to... go with "NOCO" at this price I would recommend buying 2 because somebody you love needs one too.

I have the GB70 NOCO. It works great! I have tons of things that use batteries on the farm. It is a real workhorse. Things I have used it on.

F350 with v10
John Deere 3020 propane tractor
Kubota diesel tractor
Diesel generator/ light plant
Lincoln 250 welder
Ford Maverick 2.0 eb
Ford F150 3.5 eb
Lawn Tractor

I use it a lot. So much that I pulled the trigger and bought a GB40 for my wifes truck.

Mine was great until right after the warranty ran out then it refused to take a charge and Noco was more than willing to sell me another one for full price. I just got a no name brand one and it's been solid.

Will say a NOCO portable jump starter is a must have to have in ones vehicle. Always comes in clutch when you need a jump. Though if you want something a little bit more beefier, I can vouch for the HULKMAN Alpha line of jump starters. Specifically the Alpha 85S (S version to work in colder climates). Comparing NOCO vs. HULKMAN, I've noticed for NOCO, it might take 2-3 tries to get the ignition to start. With the HULKMAN, without fail (from my experience to date) one turn of the key and the car starts right up. Of course wait for when they go on sale. But yeah, hands down the HULKMAN Alpha 85S is my favorite. My NOCO ones, I have around for backup to loan out to friends/family.

Spend the extra $30-40 get yourself a super capacitor that's ultra reliable, no concerns with keeping it charged, and dont have to worry about huge temperature shifts destroying the batteries (extremely common in places like texas or IL).... Overall just a way better option but a bit more pricier...

I have the Schumacher that is a capacitor one and not a fan, it doesn't hold a charge for very long and its massive in size

I have a Hulkman for by hybrid tundra and it runs without issue. Have started small tractors, mid sized trucks, and electric cars, works great. Has run for years. Big fan. Use a noco passive charger for a garage queen car, has run fine for a decade+

The capacitor jump starters aren't designed to hold a charge. That's why they're also called batteryless. They take power from the battery and then resupply the battery with a surge to get the car to start.

same here
I bought a gb70 for my dad and he loved that thing. He calls me up one day to see if I could help him with it because it would no longer charge.

I'm not sure what's wrong with it. I saw some YouTube videos a few months ago but have not attempted anything yet.

I can't speak for this, but I've had a G7200 charger for years and it's been flawless. Noco makes great products and I may just have to replace my current jump pack at this price.

Super capacitors are not supposed to hold a charge, they are there to shotgun a battery using the existing almost dead battery. Or if the battery is too far gone, you use the adapters to plug it into another car which should take about 3 minutes to charge to full, and then you bring it back and shotgun the dead car. I have safely and without fail started at least 8 cars (V4 to V8 trucks and even a car hauler) in the last 4 years with mine, never missed a beat and even on a dead battery only took like 5 minutes to get to 100% so I did not have to charge it off my car. If you dont want to charge it off your car and the battery is severely weak, like its been sitting for months dead than it can take up to 10-20 minutes for it to charge off that battery.

This whole time including during a temporal inversion it has never failed which would kill most lithium jump packs sitting in your car trunk at least in Chicago.

Not familiar with the Schumacher brand one, but this is the one I have and I would not pick anything over it currently as its been the longest lasting of all the jump packs I used in the last almost 10+ years.
