Something went wrong. Error: Cannot read property 'toFixed' of null. Customer service number went straight to voicemail. No email response yet either. It has only been a few hours. Will update but curious if this happened to anyone else.
Per the Pepper Rep:

Per the Pepper Rep:
Edit update: n/m you were right
15*20 = 300.
It takes 10000 points to get a $5 GC so that makes 2000 points per $1 GC redemption.
2000/300 = 6.666666666% <----actual cashback in terms of gift card on a 15x deal.
Another thing to note is that the full 15% points are not given immediately. You get 4x points now and the rest later. I think it shows sometime in November for me.
Feel free to check my math.
Don't think that is correct. For $50 amzn 12x purchase I got 12k points = $6 i.e 12%
For the Deal = 15x points
Points awarded instantly = 8,000
Points awarded on 11/13 = 22,000
You are charged for $100.
In November, you earned 30,000 points in total
Redeem is 10,000 points = $5
So 30,000 points = $15
Earning $15 to spend towards your next purchase while paying $100 is roughly 15%
EDIT: I will mention I am on the Android version of the app. Maybe that is an Iphone thing?
1. Signed up on 10/26
2. Purchased 12x Amazon Fresh $50 and instantly got the Amazon GC which I applied to my Amazon acct.
3. Added my second Amex card to the same Pepper acct since it also had this offer and repeated the above step but using the second Amex card.
4. Today I got the $15 credit for both the cards.
All in all $100 Amazon GC for $70 plus another $12 in Pepper reward points which I will probably buy another Amazon GC for that amount or $10 if only redeemable in $5 denomination. Overall smooth experience and definitely lucked out because I was not asked to produce any ID. My only gripe was I missed to use a signup code to get another $5.
Your transaction posted as moocho or pepper on Amex?
Edit: nvm looks like someone answered it earlier

Edit:
No call or email back after 2 days. Cannot get a human on help line which goes straight tp voice mail or puts me on hold for 5 minutes and goes to voice mail.
Update:
They e-mailed me to let me know they credited the amount that was supposed to be on the gift card. The points were already credited making this equal to original transaction.
did not have to do id verification and got Amazon code immediately. got $200 gc, 29000 points
