So I was playing around with this and was able to get 3 items for the $2 price (2x toothbrushes and 1x toothpaste). Not sure how that happened. Should get the ECBs too but havent picked up yet. Suggested folks play around with that a bit and see.

Anyone knows if extrabucks can be partial used? I have 5 extrabuck and if I apply it to this 1.98 order, will i get back the remaining?

It is, a township thing, but I meant if one goes to the store, buys something and not put in a bag, there is no bag fee. But online, they made it mandatory, even if it's a paper bag the size for a greeting card (past experience).

You can take your own bag and asking them to remove the bag fee at pick-up.

I NEVER pay the bag fee. It is adjusted at pick-up. I take my own bags.

No I am using both coupon but I only have $2 off each product. So in my case, 8-2-2=4. Assuming I used the $3 on other products.
