It has been lower and the one with the 4070 has been lower. This is still a good deal at this point in time.

My 1070ti has 8gb vram and i feel like i need to hold out until a good card with at least that becomes available, even if this is much better as is. Seems like one of those things I would kick myself later for. Still tempting at this price though.

DisplayPort is better and royalty-free. Most monitors would have DisplayPort, otherwise you could get a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter.

4060ti has horrible price to performance ratio, this is the 8gb version which faced a lot of criticism as people said it wasn't much different from the 3000 series and its inability to handle high profile games at anything higher than 1080p, double that up with this being a woot deal which probably means its refurbished, and its only 16gb of ram, I'd say it's a decent deal, definitely not bonkers, especially when refurbished 4080 sytems have sold in the past @ $900 range
