I want to like this, but it's frequently returned, needs an additional power supply, and doesn't work for Mac.
While I agree that this is a no-brand chinese junk with bad QC, no docking station usually includes power supply, so expecting one from a cheap no-brand dock is just not smart
I briefly visited a bar called The Docking Station once. Buncha nice guys there but they played nothing but awful disco and dance music, and there were almost no women, so I didn't stay long. This looks good though, thanks OP, in for one.
tempted, but the one review about it running hot has me worried..previously had one like this, that fried an external portable drive i had (ugh) so i switched to the little box-type, which has been working well for me so far, constantly on
If you mean it only supports 1 external monitor on the new M1/2/3 Macs, no regular dock or hub will - you need one with displayLink.
My Macbook pro M3 with 8 GPUs only supports 1 external display, whereas my $100 chromebook supports 2. Apple is infuriating sometimes.

Your M3 pro supports multiple displays, you're not using the right adapters. I'm using a 4 year old thunderbolt 3 dual display port with gigabit Ethernet and a single USB port on my M1 pro and drive 2 external displays with it. Displaylink shouldn't be a factor and I'd avoid that.
I don't know why the external display capabilities is such a racket on these Macs and still so confusing today. This dock could very well work out well if you have an M* pro model since it does mention thunderbolt, but if you try it out anticipate returning it since it is saying it doesn't support Mac.
