Do you tip your Amazon drivers or your mailman/person?

The tipping culture is out of control in the U.S.

Businesses (should) pay their employees and staff fair wages and health insurance, and the consumer should pay for the products. It's just that simple.

I shop and deliver for Walmart. They have created algorithms to give drivers a certain amount regardless of the tip amount. An order with no tip Walmart will pay $11 and if you add a $7 tip, the driver gets the same $11 but now it's broken into Walmart Pays $4 and customer tip $7.

They're using the tips to underpay the drivers and make bigger profits !

I'm not a member but just placed an order last week and got free shipping on 35 dollars. What's the difference between that and this membership besides the other small perks?

Google is offering a free 6 months of Walmart Plus right now in the Google Play app. I think the offer just started right now, as it popped up in my app at 3am. It offers 6 free months to new or existing members of the service, it gives you a unique code to enter, and it adds another 6 months free to your existing account, or gives you 6 months free on a brand new account. It's in the perks section of the Google Play Store app, and it expires December 31st.

My Walmart+ expired a week ago
So when I go online on the Walmart app....it says I can renew for $49
I'm needing tires so I look at Walmart to order 4 tires.
Basic install is $18 per tire.....upgrade install which includes road hazard is $28 per tire.
I DID NOT KNOW.....As a + member they include upgrade installation at the basic install price of $18 per tire
So,saved me $10x 4 tires....saved me 40 bucks

I've been getting the $49 for the last three years. As soon as you go to cancel it automatically offers you this price. You get Paramount+, and showtime with it. There are a bunch of other perks, I got the free upgrade on a warranty and cheaper installation of new tires, things like that. You only tip on same day orders directly from the store, btw
